Berry Trifle

1 angel food cake, torn into small chunks
3 cups fresh strawberries
1 container of raspberries
2 sm. pkg. of French vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 extra lg. carton low fat Cool Whip (reserve a spoonful)

Rinse and cut strawberries in half, reserving four or five for garnish.  Rinse raspberries, reserve a few for garnish. Mix 2 pkgs of pudding with 3 cups of milk. Then layer angel food cake, pudding, strawberries, raspberries, and then Cool Whip until you have used all ingredients.  Put reserved spoonful of Cool Whip, strawberries, and raspberries on top (as seen in the picture) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

This is one of my favorite desserts.  It is one of those desserts that doesn't make you feel like you are going to bust after you eat it. It is also really versatile you can change the angel food cake to brownies or french vanilla pudding to cheesecake pudding.   I like to add blueberries or blackberries when I have them.  The best part though is how pretty it is and how impressive it looks.  Enjoy!
